Chekia Dog Rescue Application
Thank you for your interest in taking in one of our orphans!
Please Note The Following Before Applying:
We do not ship,"railroad", store display, "pet fair", "adopt fair"
or otherwise unnecessarily stress our orphan dogs.
We maintain a legally binding contractual lifetime co-ownership
on our animals, and they may NOT be transferred
to other individuals, to shelters, to other Rescue Groups,
or to anyone else under penalty of law, but must be returned
to us should their co-owner families no longer want them, or
should we deem that the new home is or has become unsuitable.
(This is the same contractual protection used by Guide Dog
and Service Dog organizations.)
